1. Scope and Provider

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and business customers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 BGB – German Civil Code).
A business customer is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade or self-employed professional activity (§ 14 BGB).

2. Conclusion of Contract

The product listings in the online shop do not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By completing the checkout process and clicking “Place order,” you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order by email immediately after you submit it.

A purchase contract is only concluded when we expressly accept your order by email or when the goods are dispatched.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are total prices plus shipping costs.
As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), we do not charge VAT and do not show it on invoices (small business regulation).

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Germany, Austria and, where applicable, to selected European countries.
Delivery time is usually 7–10 business days after receipt of payment unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs will be shown clearly during the order process.

5. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with § 355 BGB. For full details, please refer to our Right of Withdrawal Policy.
In addition, returns are accepted if the item arrives damaged or incorrect. In cases of damage due to misuse or wear, repairs may be offered for a fee. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of faulty or incorrect delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or Instagram with a description and photo documentation of the issue. We will provide further instructions regarding the return process.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.
For consumers, the warranty period is 24 months from the delivery date. For business customers, the period is 12 months. This excludes claims arising from intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.
Wear-related damage or improper handling is not covered under warranty. Repairs may be offered for such cases at an additional cost.

8. Liability

We are fully liable:

in cases of intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, under any guarantees we may have given, under the Product Liability Act.

In the event of slight negligence in breaching essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), our liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Further liability is excluded.

10. Copyright

All content on this website, including texts, images, and design, is protected by copyright. Use outside the website, especially reproduction or distribution, is not permitted without our express written permission.

11. Online Dispute Resolution / Consumer Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies to all legal relationships, excluding the UN Sales Convention (CISG).
If you are a business customer, the place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. The version valid at the time of your order shall apply.
