Production and Delivery Time
As our products are made to order and handcrafted, shipping usually takes place within 1–2 weeks after payment is received. For larger orders or during busy periods, shipping may take longer. You will be informed in such cases.
Shipping Method and Tracking
We typically ship uninsured and without tracking to keep shipping costs reasonable. If your parcel does not arrive, we will send a replacement item free of charge. Insured shipping is available upon request.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and depend on the destination country and quantity of items ordered.

- Austria: from 3.30€
- EU countries: from €7.90
- Worldwide: upon request (depends on the destination)
4. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are shipped via Deutsche Post, DHL, or similar logistics providers depending on the country and volume.
