Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Cancellation Policy
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs (Section 312g (2) No. 1 German Civil Code – BGB).
